Rules and Regulations
1) Punctuality is essential at all times. Students who contravene this rule without valid reasons will be reprimanded. On the fourth occasion they will be sent home.
2) No students will hang around the campus or in the school building after the respective bells have rung. Their manner of movement should be quiet and orderly. When using staircases ad corridors students must keep to their left.
3) Only literature which is connected with the school work is to be brought to school Every child should have a bag / satchel.
4) Student are forbidden to bring to school valuable articles such as jewellary, costly fountain pens, mobiles, CD etc. if earings must be worn they should be small loops or studs. But, no nose rings, bangles, rings, bracelets, tattoes of any kind will be allowed.
5) Students are advised to behave in an orderly manner in the school and in all public places. Use of swear words and foul language, scribbling and scratching on school furniture and school walls and any mishehavour in school buses or public places may result in expulsion.
6) Students should realise that they are responsible to the School not only for their conduct in the School but also for their behavior outside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the School on the part of the student will make them liable for disciplinary action.
7) “Cleanliness is next to godliness”
All should be particularly careful to avoid throwing refuse anywhere in the school premises, except in bins provided for the purpose.
8) Every student should endeavour to keep up the high standard and good reputation of the school by excelling in refined manners and deportment.
9) Any pupil who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly mischievous or is guilty of malpractice in connection with examinations or has committed an act serious indiscipline and / or misbehaves or who, in the opinion of the Head of the School, has an unwholesome influence on his fellow pupils, may be expelled permanently or removed from the School for a specified period by the Head of the School, (Secondary School code, govt. of Maharashta). The rule of good behavior applies outside as well as inside the school. Social functions involving pupils must not be organised without the Principal’s approval. This applies to picnics excursions and other outings.
10) The Head of the School has the discretionary power to deal with such cases which are not covered by the prescribed rules and procedure and his / her decision shall be final and binding on the students and parents / guardians.
11) Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, continuous neglect of studies, disobedience and objectionable immoral influence etc. justify dismissal.
12) On school days and for school functions and outings, students have to wear the school uniform.
13) All applications for leave and notes of absence must be written by the parents in the prescribed form given in the school diary. Absence and leave record in the diary must be countersigned by the school
14) Girl’s hair must be plated or tied back if it reaches the shoulders. If ribbons / cord are worn it must be back. No fancy hair – clips or other accessories are permitted.
15) Boys hair must not touch the collar and should be cut properly above the ear – lobe; neatly groomed and cut short at the sides and back.
16) Boy / Girls are not allowed to wear expensive wrist watch, make – up, nail – polish, mehendi, coloured hair / tattoo stickers or jewellery or any other ornamens.
17) The School does not accept responsibility for loss of books, pens, money or valuables etc. Students should not carry mobile phone valuable articles or unnecessary cash to school.
18) Students and parents should not give any gift to any staff member on any occasion.
19) Positing Adverse Remarks / Comments about School, staff, fellow students on the Social networking Website like Facebook, Twitter, Myspace or any Blogs is strictly prohibited.
20) Admission of any child can be terminated at any time, if the behavior / progress of the child is not upto the desired standard or the attitude of the parents / guardian is not congenial or the basic family unit / setup, stated in the form, itself gets disintegrated or altered.
